This Master’s degree in leadership connects you with top-rated USD faculty and Blanchard faculty, as well as practicing executives, who will help you take your career and your company to the next level. The flexible, 22-month program takes place on the University of San Diego campus and features small class sizes and weekend sessions to accommodate even the busiest work schedules. Students are part of a cohort of peers that progress through the content together. Students share their knowledge and real-world experience with one another, maximizing the learning experience and supporting each other’s success.
