She designs and delivers exceptional integrated client and learner coaching experiences. She serves as a vital partner in ideating and designing the solution, while cultivating and fostering client partnerships and relationships. Her passion is leading and coaching collaborative teams, facilitating leadership development programs, and managing organizational change and transformations initiatives.
