Brent Bystedt, the Virtual Practice Leader for The Ken Blanchard Companies, is responsible for the development and mentoring of Blanchard’s virtual facilitators. In addition, he is a subject matter expert in Blanchard virtual programs, assists with virtual design of off-the-shelf and custom solutions, is an expert in various training platforms, and serves as the Blanchard thought leader for virtual training and delivery.

As a master virtual facilitator, Brent uses a supportive style to create a stimulating and interactive learning experience in a safe environment. Participants leave his training sessions with renewed passion and an action plan that will help them make a positive difference and create lasting change in the way they lead themselves and others.
