Blanchard Lead
Dania is a certified Blanchard Leadership trainer and the Blanchard team lead for Biz Group. She is passionate about learning and development, and helping people at all levels to reach their full potential and to ensure organizations have the ability to adapt, evolve, and seize the growth opportunities available to them. She has experience working in the Middle East, with expertise in leadership, team building, customer service excellence, and communication skills. She is fluent in English and Arabic.

For over 25 years, Luke has worked to develop human skills and productivity in English and Arabic. He has built up a solid reputation as an inspiring trainer who helps attendees to enjoy the learning, then implement the key skills. Starting in customer service and sales, he moved on to leadership, and he has carried out numerous training interventions, delivering learning journeys that work. His science background and wide interests help him to tailor sessions to a vast range of industries.

Certified Trainer
Saher is a certified Blanchard Leadership trainer with over 16 years of experience. Since 2007, he has helped to assess and develop more than 3000 people to become better leaders and individual contributors for their organizations in a variety of industries. His experience has led him to participate in many different projects across the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
