Kathy Kuo
Kathy Kuo
General Manager
Kathy Kuo is General Manager of Blanchard Taiwan since its establishment over three decades ago. Kathy has a passion for creating sustainability practices within an organization’s leadership capabilities. She takes a holistic approach to the client teams she work with, allowing space for personal accountability; building support for leaders to assist themselves and their teams in preparing for the training; assessing training readiness and establishing a baseline for competency prior to class. This process allows organizations to measure results and continue the learning process long after the consulting engagement is over.
