Blanchard Norway, part of Utvikling.org, has been in the training and development industry in Norway since 2004 supporting clients in the oil and gas sector, as well as the public services and other industries. We have trained thousands of people on topics ranging from HSE training to team development and leadership. In 2017, we founded Blanchard Norway and from our headquarters in Stavanger and branch office in Oslo, we are now delivering leadership solutions to customers such as Kaefer Energy, IKM, Norwegian Medicine Depot (NMD), and several government organizations across Norway. We also hold open enrollment courses at all of our venues.

At Blanchard Norway, we are passionate about taking people and organizations from where they are to where they want to be. Our 15 certified SLII^® trainers are situated at seven different locations in Norway and train staff and leaders in a wide spectrum of roles and specialties, with leadership development as one of our cornerstones.
