Robert’s expertise is in developing leaders so they can create positive and engaged teams, enabling them to establish successful and effective cultures in their organisations. Robert has many years’ experience in fast-paced management roles and has over 25 years delivering workshops, including Blanchard Training Solutions, to learners in some of New Zealand’s most successful organisations.  Robert is a Director and Consulting Partner of Blanchard New Zealand.

David provides extensive consulting, design, and delivery of Blanchard solutions across commercial and public organisations, working with senior-level leadership teams, frontline leaders, and individual contributors. He is an Organisational Psychology and Business Studies graduate, and previously served as an Accredited Blanchard Leadership Trainer and as a commissioned officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy. David is a Director, Consulting Partner, and Master Trainer with Blanchard New Zealand.
