Since 2006, Robert has been the General Manager of Blanchard Netherlands. He studied Psychology and Communication, training in the Netherlands and Germany. For ten years he held various roles, including trainer, coach, consultant and manager. He has trained and coached more than 3,500 executives (from top executives to team leaders) of various organizations in effecting their leadership behavior.
