Managing Director
Since 2006, Robert has been the General Manager of Blanchard Netherlands. He studied Psychology and Communication, training in the Netherlands and Germany. For ten years he held various roles, including trainer, coach, consultant and manager. He has trained and coached more than 3,500 executives (from top executives to team leaders) of various organizations in effecting their leadership behavior.

Harry is best described as an inspiration, motivator and challenger. He is a trainer, coach and consultant with humour, perspective, empathy, respect and directness. Marien’s background is in education, training and development. He has more than 25 years of experience in leadership training, professional development and competence management. He supports organizations and their professionals in the ever-changing world of business.
