SITUATIONAL TEAM LEADERSHIP
Creating Effective Team Leaders and Members
Teamwork is often called the third revolution in management. Now more than ever, project responsibility is shifting from individual contributors to teams. This workshop teaches team members and leaders how to function more efficiently. To do this they must create a clear vision and purpose, empower and involve people, manage conflict and change, create an open and productive environment, and celebrate successes. Based on Situational Leadership® II and combined with the concept of group development, this workshop provides the framework that helps organizations establish a successful, team-based environment. There are two components to this program—Situational Team Leadership and Team Skills.
