Jesse Stoner is widely known as one of the foremost experts on vision and leadership. For over 20 years Jesse has worked closely with leaders in a wide range of organizations to help them create a shared vision and ensure it is lived.
Her most recent book Leading at a Higher Level: Blanchard on Leadership and Creating High Performing Organizations, was written with Ken Blanchard and the founding associates and consulting partners of The Ken Blanchard Companies.
Coauthor with Ken Blanchard of the best-selling book Full Steam Ahead!: Unleash the Power of Vision in Your Company and Your Life, Jesse has solved the mystery of how to create a compelling vision for individuals in their personal and work lives and also for a team, a department, or an entire organization. In her keynote speeches, Jesse brings alive the three elements of an enduring vision—significant purpose, clear values, and a picture of the future—and shows how to make certain it is lived day by day.
Jesse connects quickly with people and can understand their goals and concerns. Her presentation style blends knowledge and experience with warmth and wit to deliver messages that are informative, entertaining, and practical. Jesse earned her advanced degrees in psychology and a doctorate in organization development from the University of Massachusetts. She serves on the boards of several organizations and is active in her community.
