Dr. Frederic Finch is a highly experienced and respected management consultant, trainer, author, and motivational speaker. His consulting and training expertise spans a variety of areas, including leadership, performance management, managing change, interpersonal communication, and advanced coaching skills.

As a seminar presenter and motivational speaker, Fred skillfully combines substance and style. His broad base of knowledge and experience translates into messages that are stimulating and thought provoking; his style is direct, professional, warm, and humorous.

As a consultant Fred has worked with a number of small to medium-sized high-tech firms, as well as with the information services departments of larger organizations. Fred has extensive experience as a coach for senior managers, helping organizations move toward managing by values. His assignments have taken him throughout the United States and into parts of Mexico, Canada, Africa, England, Australia, and Singapore and to the doorsteps of national and international giants including Merrill Lynch, Shell International, and Harvard University.

Fred is coauthor of Leading at a Higher Level: Blanchard on Leadership and Creating High Performing Organizations, Customer Mania!, and Situational Frontline Leadership program, one of The Ken Blanchard Companies major processes. He served as a professor of management and organizational behavior from 1966 to 1980 in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Fred received his doctorate from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Washington.
