Dr. Donald Carew, a founding associate of The Ken Blanchard Companies®, is an accomplished and respected management consultant, trainer, educator, and dynamic motivational speaker.
Don has consulted with governmental, educational, and business organizations throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada, and specializes in the areas of leadership, team building, organizational change, employee involvement, and collaboration in work settings.

Don is a professor emeritus at the University of Massachusetts where he has directed and taught a graduate program in group and organization studies for 25 years.
He is cocreator of the Situational Team Leadership product line offered by The Ken Blanchard Companies, and has coauthored with Ken Blanchard three best-selling books, Leading at a Higher Level: Blanchard on Leadership and Creating High Performing Organizations, The One Minute Manager Builds High Performing Teams, and High Five! He is also an active associate of the NTL Institute and a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts.
