Issue: Lack of communication between managers and their direct reports

Challenge: To design and deliver a successful training program to more than 1,200 people in 10 locations within 12 months; to change how people think about their roles as managers; to create a culture of high performers who are happy in their jobs

Solution: To offer a three-day customized version of a Blanchard^® leadership solution and the New One Minute Manager programs using materials and language geared to the company's managers

Results: A new leadership platform was created that increased boss-employee conversations by four times.
