Impact Mapping
Impact Maps are visual representations of the links between an individual’s role and responsibilities and the business results of the organization. In other words, Impact Maps show how learning creates impact for the individual and the organization. This approach ensures a strategic focus and an achievable scope, leading to greater employee involvement, motivation, and satisfaction.
Coaching to Support Learning
Follow-up coaching sessions with a Blanchard certified coach help people move from learning to taking action. Participants deepen their understanding of the content and explore new skills in a safe environment. Through our proprietary coaching management system, participants not only receive expert coaching but also have the opportunity between sessions to practice and sharpen new skills through Web-based tools.
Ninth House® Instant Advice®
Instant Advice takes just-in-time learning to the next level. Instant Advice, a series of Web-based videos, provides immediate, actionable solutions to the most frequently encountered business challenges. Engaging dialogue and familiar scenarios give learners the step-by-step instruction they need to quickly resolve issues they face in the workplace.
15-Minute Follow-Through®
This easy-to-use Web-based tool automates sustainability. Learners share learning objectives with their manager, receive reminders of goals, and are asked to provide progress updates. They also consult with the Blanchard One Minute Mentor™, receive ongoing feedback and support from their manager, and have access to an online learning community. The 5MFT is an invaluable tool for training managers to capture and report real progress and behavior change as a result of training.
2Internal Communication and Promotion
Through our LearnCenter and as part of our learner care, we can manage an internal communication process with your learners to help you articulate the purpose of the training initiative in a compelling fashion and engage your learners in thinking about why they might need new skills. We can also assist you in gaining executive support and buy in and provide consulting in the area of executive support.
Assessments
Feedback and assessments are key influencers of individual, managerial, team, and organizational success. They complement and increase the impact of your training. Assessments provide insights into aspects of the self, team, and organization that dramatically impact productivity and performance.
Technical Readiness and Support
We know you want to focus on what you do best, so we take on the technical challenges—which include technical readiness analysis of your computer system and technical support for both your organization and your learners. Our basic support package, included at no extra charge with any blended learning initiative, is provided by our technical support team.
Project Management
If you require a higher level of service, our Project Managers are ready and available to help. They can coordinate special services for you, such as program translations, international logistics, and consulting services and site visits.
