TRAINERS
We are currently not recruiting for any full-time or part-time trainer positions in the United States. We are seeking independent contract trainers for Japan and Finland.
Interested contract candidates should posses the following:
- 5 years or more corporate training experience, preferably in leadership
- Speaks English fluently as well as the primary language of the country
- Experience with assessments
- Knowledge of organizational development
- Experience with Blanchard products preferred
- Graduate degree preferred
