INTERNSHIP PROGRAM


The Ken Blanchard Companies believes in the benefit of developing relationships between talented students and our organization in order to enhance and share knowledge, create opportunities, and build lasting business partnerships.

We provide opportunities for students to join Blanchard for a set period of time. The goal of the program is to provide our organization and students with a partnering relationship that is mutually beneficial and fosters the sharing of knowledge and experiences.

We offer a variety of student learning experiences that focus on skill building, career awareness, field experience, and/or job shadowing.
  1. Volunteer
    This is a short-term assignment, which must be in fulfillment of an educational requirement. Generally this type of assignment is unpaid.
  2. Summer
    Students from a wide variety of educational backgrounds can join The Ken Blanchard Companies for a summer internship that lasts from 2–4 months. Generally this type of assignment is paid and occurs June–September. Resumes are accepted between January and April.
