Login Help
» For most of our Internet-based electronic products, login instructions are distributed through email. If you are looking for login information, then check your inbox for your welcome email and follow the instructions outlined within it.
» If you set up your own login following a survey or were prompted to change your password upon beginning your program and did not record your entry, please use the “Find Help For Your Product” link on the left, to look up specific instructions to retrieve your login.
» If you received a paper packet but would like to record your responses online, the URL and login ID are located at the bottom of the Answer Sheet that came with your packet of materials.
» If you did not receive a welcome email, please contact your training administrator or use the “Contact Us” link on the left.
