Situational Self Leadership Virtual

Situational Self Leadership is a leadership process designed to provide individual contributors with strategies for gaining more satisfaction from their work by challenging their notion of leadership, examining what motivates them, and building confidence, knowledge, and skills. Participants learn to take initiative and assume responsibility for becoming peak performers. Using a magic trick as a metaphor for learning, participants discover a profound new way of working as self-empowered self leaders. The process enables individuals to take a measure of control and to create change that will enhance their contribution to the organization and increase their satisfaction and commitment.



Situational Self Leadership Virtual Learning utilizes the latest multimedia technology and a variety of experiential and interactive learning techniques. The program is designed in four 2-hour virtual sessions with fieldwork between sessions. Each session is fast-paced and includes short breaks to ensure maximum participant engagement.
