This program addresses the economic impact of trust, as well as how to rebuild eroded trust and move forward with positive results.

This facilitator kit will assist any facilitator in helping participants learn how their behaviors influence trust. It includes activities that are based on the four Elements of the TrustWorks! Model and instructions for debriefing both the standard Self-Assessment (included) and the 360 Online Leadership Assessment (sold separately). The workshop can be completed in 3 to 3.5 hours. An appendix provides several presentation handouts and activity suggestions.
