Situational Team Leadership Training for Trainers

Creating Effective Team Leaders and Members

The Situational Team Leadership training for trainers is designed for professionals who want to help their organization utilize teams successfully. The process helps facilitators deliver training, but also implement a training curriculum that offers solutions to important organizational issues. Individuals who attend this session are provided with a consultative approach to solving their individual implementation issues. Learning objectives of the program include:

  • Learn the concepts and skills needed to be an effective team leader or member
  • Explore effective facilitation of teams
  • Practice teaching the concepts and skills in a safe "laboratory setting"
  • Learn how to implement teams within participants' organizations and create a team-based culture
  • Examine the functioning of real-life team and determine ways to improve productivity and morale
  • Be able to measure and monitor team productivity and morale

Our Training for Trainers (T4T) session prepares prospective trainers to roll out Situational Team Leadership into their organizations.

T4T Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the concepts and skills needed to manage a High Performing Team and be an effective team leader and member
  • Practice presenting the concepts to others in a “laboratory setting” for immediate real-work application using key tools and assessments
