DISCovering Self and Others Training for Trainers
Improving Communication and Collaboration
DISCovering Self and Others helps participants identify and understand their behavior patterns as well as patterns in other people, so that they can communicate more effectively. It prepares them to apply the DISC Personal Profile System, using the D (Dominance), I (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Conscientiousness) model. Participants determine their preferred pattern and learn the inherent strengths of that preference, and how their preference differs from others’. Ideal for project teams and individuals alike, this program is designed to help people work together more effectively by improving their communication skills. Learning objectives of the program include:
- Increase awareness of self and others
- Identify patterns in behavior and what participants need from others to do their best work
- Understand others’ motivations
- Become more “people smart”
- Increase trust, cooperation, and teamwork
Our Training for Trainers (T4T) session prepares prospective trainers to roll out DISCovering Self and Others into their organizations.
T4T Learning Objectives:
- Use the facilitator guide and other materials to enhance the learning experience for their participants
- Observe, demonstrate, and practice DISCovering Self and Others content
- Hone delivery and facilitation skills, and discover specific methods of implementation
