Creating a Culture of Excellence


The Gung Ho!® program, based on the best-selling book Gung Ho! by Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles, provides leaders with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to build a Gung Ho! organization. Gung Ho! organizations encourage the sharing of information; provide alignment with organizational purpose, values, and goals; allow frontline decision making; and celebrates successes. It has been recognized by Human Resource Executive magazine as one of the top 10 training programs in the United States. The principles and action planning are taught using case studies, small and large group interaction, and discussion. Participants develop their own action plans for each principle and present them to a small group for refinement and feedback.

Participants Learn To:

  • Apply the three Gung Ho! principles
