An Executive Development Process Designed for You
Phase 1—Design and Set Up for Success
Establish program design and requirements, and determine how success will be measured. Key employees are targeted and invited to participate in the program.
Phase 2—Program Launch
Orientation is launched with prework and initial assessments. A sense of community is created, and coaching is initiated.
Phase 3—Work Sessions
The curriculum is taught with a customized focus on specific client needs. Courses are linked to competencies, and small cohort sizes help keep training personal and distinct. Action learning projects and ongoing consulting focus on key organization needs.
Phase 4—Program Close and Key Learnings
Implement action learning projects. Set action plans for placing personal learnings into general organization. Options for continued coaching and organizational capstone events are available.
Phase 5—Evaluation, Legacy, and Next Steps
Evaluation of overall program, curriculum, design, delivery, and coaching are completed. Future program and curriculum changes are designed for the next cohort.
Ongoing Actions through All Phases

- Monitoring of objectives and relevance to program
