Our half-day managers’ program is geared to the service champions or leaders in the organization and what they need to do to provide the framework and leadership to create an agency, and a government culture, that will be known for its Legendary Service. A full-day Legendary Service course is a fast-paced, interactive program where participants develop their personal service vision in alignment with the agency’s mission.
