New Product Available through the GSA
The Ken Blanchard Companies and Universal Consensus, a cross-cultural management and training firm, have created a new leadership program that will provide participants with the ability to appropriately interact with their international counterparts. The highly customized program, Cross Cultural Leadership Competence (CCLC), creates strategic and tactical readiness by identifying behaviors and actions through the Universal Consensus BMIA™ six cross-cultural comprehension lenses, enabling prompt understanding of culturally divergent thought and action critical to mission outcome. The BMIA™ works in partnership with Blanchard’s Situational Leadership® II (SLII®) framework for a unique training program that enables participants to function as leaders no matter where in the world they operate. Blanchard Products Now Available through the GSA
The Ken Blanchard Companies, a leader in workplace learning, leadership development, and organizational change, is now offering over 30 products, including Situational Leadership® II and Leading People Through Change through the GSA’s Schedules Program. The GSA establishes government contracts with commercial firms, which helps federal government offices order services directly from GSA Schedule firms. GSA Schedules create a link between customers and the services they require at predetermined pricing.
