Susan is the creator and lead developer of The Ken Blanchard Companies® Situational Self Leadership, the best-of-class self-leadership and personal empowerment program in the world today. She has coauthored four books Leading at a Higher Level: Blanchard on Leadership and Creating High Performing Organizations, The Team Leader’s Idea-a-Day Guide with Drea Zigarmi, Empowerment with Ken Blanchard, and the Self Leadership and The One Minute Manager with Ken Blanchard and Laurence Hawkins.
Susan received her bachelor’s degree in anthropology and business from the University of Colorado and is a professor in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership program at the University of San Diego.
