After Ken's major success of The One Minute Manager®, his colleagues and founding associates Pat and Drea Zigarmi joined him in authoring their definitive book on Situational Leadership® II Leadership and The One Minute Manager.
This work helped put Situational Leadership® II (SLII®) on the map as one of the most accepted and widely used leadership practices around the globe. Its approach and usefulness continue to withstand the test of time, and its application continues to grow more than 20 years later.
After this success came a One Minute Manager series exploring subjects ranging from High Performing Teams to Fitness to the 2005 release of Self Leadership and The One Minute Manager®.
In 2004, Ken had the honor of writing the foreword to Leverage Your Best, Ditch the Rest, the first book authored by his son Scott Blanchard and by Madeleine Homan, who are passionate champions of coaching and effective leadership in the workplace.
