Student Self Leadership
TJX Companies, Inc. built a new A.J. Wright store near West Covina High School. The company gave back to the community by providing Blanchard student leadership training to the juniors and seniors. This was a benefit to both the students and the A.J. Wright store. Students gained the needed skills to be a good contributor and the store can hire these students who are already trained.
