Blanchard Student Leadership Training for Teachers/Volunteers/Trainers

Who Should Attend?


Any teacher, adult volunteer or trainer who works with middle, high school or college students.

Blanchard offers middle, high school, and college leadership programs and training for public, private, Charter schools and local organizations who work with youth ranging from middle through high school. All content has been adapted from the corporate training. All programs include 9 Modules that are age appropriate.

Teachers Learn to:


  • Use various learning strategies to ensure active participation from all
  • Teach life skills in a fun and engaging way
  • Integrate state standards in this leadership curriculum
  • Create lasting relationships with students
  • Find out what motivates each student at school

Leadership Training Includes:


  • A two day training for adults
  • Teacher Guide
  • Student Workbook
  • Games and Activities for middle, high school or college
  • CA Academic Standards for California Middle Schools Only.

Teach With Ease:


Teacher’s editions are written so that the instructor can teach with ease. Instruction is scripted for each of the 9 modules/lessons.

Students use individual workbooks in which they write goals, problem solving recommendations, future plans and notes that reflect what’s important for them. Each student brings his or her book home at the end of the class.

Hours of Classroom Instruction Needed With Students:


9 Modules/Lessons, approximately 10-12 hours minimum for all nine modules or for best results, extend the time up to 18 hours or a quarter/semester. Each module ranging from 1–3.5 hours or longer Lessons can be taught every day, for a few minutes a day or once a week.

Student Content is Age Appropriate.
