The Blanchard Values-Check Program—A key part of the Blanchard workplace environment
The Ken Blanchard Companies was founded to accomplish four goals:

The company values are accepted as the overriding “how-to” manual for everyday activities in the organization.

A particularly helpful tool—one of many—in our Values-Check Program is the “Ethics Check”—three questions to ask yourself to make sure your action is ethical:
- Is it legal?
- Is it “balanced”? Is it a win-win situation for everybody?
- Would you be proud if it were publicized?
Our Values-Check program also comes with mediators who are available to discuss and explain values issues and to facilitate problem solving and decision making.
