The Ken Blanchard College of Business degree programs are offered online or through the Phoenix, AZ campus, and are accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
Our signature program, the Ken Blanchard Executive MBA program is based on principles Blanchard has honed with Fortune 500 companies over the last 40 years. Underpinning it all, the Ken Blanchard Executive MBA places emphasis is on character, ethics, values and identifying a higher purpose and vision for a company.
Academically rigorous "cross training" courses will teach operational excellence and problem solving as it would actually occur in an organization, not academia. All coursework will feature one common Ken Blanchard theme: character and values in leadership.

Specific skills, such as stakeholder communication will be taught while attacking business challenges from multiple angles simultaneously. For more, visit www.gcu.edu/emba.
