Master of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL)
The MSEL is an innovative, values-based business leadership degree that is one of a kind.
This Masters degree curriculum facilitates the development and mastery of key intrapersonal, interpersonal and organizational skills in real-world contexts to allow for maximum personal and organizational benefit. Located on the campus of the University of San Diego, all classes for this 22-month program are delivered face to face. Students are part of a small cohort group throughout the curriculum. Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
This EMBA program has been designed to combine Ken Blanchard’s renowned research on values-based leadership with the rigor of a challenging executive-level graduate business education. Located in Phoenix, the Executive Master of Business Administration program is a combination of face-to-face and virtual deliver. During this 12-month program, three courses are delivered face to face. Students will meet on campus at Grand Canyon University and at The Ken Blanchard Companies headquarters in Escondido, CA for three 4-day sessions.
